Society today is trying to learn and understand more about it because many people that think they are simply moody have some kind of mental health issue. Mental health is the condition that you have, such as depression or anxiety. A doctor or psychiatrist needs to evaluate you and give a diagnosis by reading reports and making an informed decision. Therapy can be needed to help with the problem. Medications can also be given. Sometimes both will be needed, and that is simply to control the mental health problem, and the side effects associated with it. Most types of conditions can not be cured. They never go away. In fact, many of them get worse as you get older.

Getting angry at people talking outside because you have anxiety is the emotional backlash, or wellbeing, from the mental disease that you have. Knowing what issues you have, what triggers them, and how to try and prevent them, will aid you with coming to terms with your problems. Once you reach this point, the mental illness can be dealt with more efficiently. Hopefully to the point of becoming dormant.
